What personal data we collect
We collect personal data in two ways:
- Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, country, the service you’re interested in, and your message. This data is used to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to manage the resulting business relationship.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See the cookie section below.
How we use your data
We use contact-form data to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and manage ongoing sourcing/export relationships. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for purposes unrelated to your inquiry without asking you first.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website and manage inquiries:
- HubSpot (CRM) — contact-form submissions are forwarded to our HubSpot CRM so our team can manage and respond to inquiries. HubSpot processes this data on our behalf under its own data processing terms.
- Hostinger — our hosting provider, which stores the website’s data and email.
- Google Fonts — this site loads the Space Grotesk typeface from Google’s font servers, which means your browser contacts Google directly to fetch that font, sharing your IP address with Google in the process. This happens on every page load, regardless of cookie consent, because it’s a static resource rather than a tracking script.
We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies
We use cookies and browser storage (localStorage) in three categories. You choose which non-essential categories to allow via the cookie banner shown on your first visit, or anytime afterward via the “Cookie Settings” link in the site footer.

Accepting the Analytics category activates HubSpot’s visitor-tracking script, which links your browsing activity on this site to your contact record if you’ve submitted our contact form. Marketing cookies are not currently active — choosing to accept or reject that category currently has no visible effect beyond saving your preference for when we do activate one.
Your rights
Depending on where you’re located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw cookie consent at any time (via “Cookie Settings” in the footer). Data retention
We keep contact-form and CRM data for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you, respond to your inquiry, or comply with legal, tax, and customs record-keeping obligations applicable to an Ecuadorian export business.
International transfers
Our service providers (HubSpot, Hostinger) may process data outside Ecuador, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on those providers’ own compliance frameworks and standard contractual safeguards for such transfers.

We may update this policy as our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
